10 TYPES OF LAND ZONING IN LAGOS
You can’t just wake up one day and buy land and start building anyhow. You must understand the different land zones. This will guide you to know the purpose of buying the land.
1. RESIDENTIAL LAND ZONE:
The major land zone in Lagos is residential. Over 90% of land zones in Lagos are zoned for residential. This is a more reason why you find more houses in Lagos which gives rise in a high population of people living in Lagos.
